Switzerland is building momentum on T+1 despite a later start. Engagement is already high, but readiness still varies by segment and timetable, particularly as firms move further into execution and testing preparation.

How far has Swiss readiness progressed so far? What does early engagement reveal about the next phase of development, market operator readiness and wider regional dependency?

  • 63% expect to complete automation work in 2027

  • Only 44% of market operators are fully ready as of March 2026

  • 28% of market operators expect to become compliant only in 2027

  • 95% of SwissSPTC recommendations are expected to be implemented before October 2027
